Privacy Policy
This policy describes the MyDataNinja pre-release marketing website and its request forms. It does not describe a future connected product as if that product were operating today.

Information we collect
When you submit a form, we collect the name, email address, company, role, message, and tools you choose to provide. Early-access and contact forms also record whether you separately opted in to product updates. Privacy and security forms store the request type so it can be routed appropriately.
Please do not submit passwords, API keys, source code, customer datasets, health information, payment data, or other sensitive material. The website does not provide file uploads.
How the information is used
We use submissions to review access fit, respond to inquiries, handle privacy or security reports, and understand requested integrations. Optional product updates are used only when the separate checkbox is selected; marketing consent is not required to contact us or request access.
Submitting a form does not connect your systems, create an account, run AI analysis, or start a build job. Form content is not sent to an AI model by this implementation.
Storage and service providers
Submissions are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database associated with the hosted Site. Authorized project administrators and hosting operators supporting the service may access the information when needed to operate the request workflow. Records are not exposed through a public listing endpoint.
Cloudflare and network infrastructure may process routine request metadata and server logs needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site. We do not operate advertising analytics, third-party embeds, or behavioral profiling on this implementation.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not intentionally set nonessential analytics or advertising cookies. We do not display a decorative consent banner because no optional cookie category is implemented. Hosting or security infrastructure may use strictly necessary request handling mechanisms; if the implementation changes, this policy and any required controls must change with it.
Retention and deletion
We retain form submissions while evaluating or responding to the request and for as long as reasonably needed to maintain the request record, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or meet applicable obligations. No fixed deletion period is promised because no verified operational retention schedule has been adopted.
You can request access, correction, or deletion through the privacy request form. We may need to verify control of the email address involved. Some limited records may be retained when necessary for security, legal, or suppression purposes.
Future product data
Proposed future pilots may involve customer feedback, connected business data, source code context, generated requirements, and proposed code changes. Those activities are not performed by this marketing site. Before a pilot, data scope, permissions, model providers, retention, access, and deletion terms must be documented in a separate agreement or pilot notice.
Contact and changes
Use the privacy request form for questions or requests. No public privacy officer, business address, or verified contact email has been claimed. We may update this notice when the implementation or operating facts change and will change the review date shown on the page.
