These terms govern use of the public MyDataNinja website and submission of pre-release requests. They do not create a paid subscription or grant access to a connected product.

Current service
Visitors may read public materials and submit contact, privacy, security, or early-access requests. Product interfaces are illustrative. Connected data ingestion, theme analysis, CRM context, repository research, requirement generation, build jobs, and pull-request automation are proposed and cannot be activated from this website.
Early access requests
A request is an expression of interest only. Selection depends on fit, capacity, technical scope, and separate review. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, a reply, launch timing, feature availability, pricing, or a pilot.
Any pilot involving connected systems, confidential data, repositories, agent execution, or commercial terms must be governed by a separate written agreement before access. Proposed launch capabilities, limits, and prices may change.
No payments or subscriptions
This website has no checkout, billing account, paid plan, renewal, cancellation, or refund flow. Do not send payment information through a form. Any future commercial arrangement would require separate confirmed terms.
Permitted website use
Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, probe systems without authorization, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, harvest information, or use forms for spam. The Acceptable Use page provides additional detail relevant to proposed product pilots.
Content and intellectual property
The MyDataNinja brand, original website text, interface demonstrations, and visual system are provided for evaluation of the project. You may not misrepresent affiliation, remove notices, or republish substantial site content as your own. You retain rights in information you submit and give the project team permission to process it for the request purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The website is provided on an as-available, pre-release basis. Illustrative scores, requirements, diagrams, and implementation records are examples, not live results or professional advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Nothing on this site authorizes an AI system to make binding business decisions, access third-party systems, merge code, or act beyond permissions separately granted by an authorized person.
Operator facts and applicable law
A registered entity name, business address, and governing jurisdiction have not been verified for publication. These terms do not invent them. Applicable mandatory law may grant rights that cannot be limited here; a future pilot agreement must identify the contracting party and governing terms.
